Gidah is an online discovery and property management platform connecting property searchers, renters, buyers, direct property owners, and certified real estate professionals.

Direct Landlord listings offer 0% Agency Fees. Users interacting directly with property owners are responsible for conducting standard physical inspections and due diligence prior to signing tenancy agreements or transferring funds.

Users must provide true, accurate, and current information during registration. Listing inaccurate properties, misleading pricing, or fraudulent titles (e.g. fake C of O, counterfeit R of O) is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant civil law authorities.

Featured property placements and landlord tier subscriptions are processed electronically. All fees are clearly disclosed before checkout in supported currencies (NGN, USD, EUR, GBP, KES, ZAR, etc.). Subscription benefits remain active for the stated billing cycle.

You may terminate your account at any time using the in-app account deletion function or by contacting support. Gidah reserves the right to suspend or ban any account that violates fair housing guidelines or engages in abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent behavior.
